为严厉打击道路两侧违法用地、违法建设行为，遏制各类抢建乱建之风，保障民生工程顺利施工，近日，海澄镇主要领导带领城建中队30余人对位于龙翔路道路两侧范围内的3处“两违”建筑实施依法强制拆除。

据了解，镇城建中队通过定期巡查和群众举报，发现屿上村丹坑社有多处新增“两违”建筑，分别为龙翔路道路南侧一座，北侧二座，执法人员数次上门劝说业主，并下达限期整改通知书，在勒令其自行拆除无效后，依法对其“两违”建筑进行集中拆除。

此次拆除行动共拆除“两违”建筑3处，拆除面积平方米。海澄镇始终保持高压态势，对新增“两违”行为“露头就打、出土就拆”，强化对辖区内“两违”建筑的巡查防范，凡经核实为违法违规建筑的，一律依法进行拆除。
